Don't delete NOED, rework it.
Hey everyone,
With the "biggest crutch perk" nerfed, I think we should do something with NOED too. This is coming from a 50/50 player and a solo player who doesn't use DS / NOED.
Like the title states, I think NOED should be changed, don't remove it, just change it.
CURRENT NOED
"A Hex rooting its power on hope. You are animated by the power of your Hex Totem when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping.
Once the Exit Gates are powered, if there is a Dull Totem remaining on the Map, this Hex is applied to it.
While this Hex is active, Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect and your movement speed is increased by 2/3/4 %."
MY IDEA
"A Hex rooting its power on hope. You are animated by the power of your Hex Totem when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping.
Once the Exit Gates are powered, if there is a Dull Totem remaining on the Map, this Hex is applied to it.
While this Hex is active, Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect for an unlimited amount of time. After successfully downing a survivor with this perk, it deactivates and puts the Exposed Status Effect on a 60/65/70 second timer. (only works with basic attacks)"
Tell me what you think down below, please try to keep any unnecessary comments to yourself. The timer is just an idea, it could be buffed / nerfed.

Nah... cause that just makes it easier for survivors to rush the hook and get everyone out.
They need to get that totem... then go for saves. NOED doesn't need to be touched. It is perfect the way it is.

Thank you for an honest comment and opinion. To everyone who wants to comment on this, take this person as an example. A normal comment.

Or just leave it as it is because it's absolutely fine.
Also why does everyone bring up NOED just because DS was nerfed? They weren't on the same level at all.

Delete it and make it basekit

They've said it's fine as it is already.

Didn't know about this, thanks for letting me know.

It's still amusing how some people go crazy over anything survivors have but pretend NOED is perfectly fine.
Biggest crutch in the game now that DS is gone. It's ok though, as long as the crutch is killer sided it's all good.

NOED is literally the only killer perk that survivors can disable before it even activates. Just because the majority of survivors are too lazy to take the 20 seconds to cleanse a totem that they just ran right past, doesn't mean NOED is unbalanced. Once survivors start cleansing totems, killers will stop using NOED.

The only real change it needs is a removal on the movement speed increase, perhaps changing it to a reduced cooldown on attacks for x seconds. So say 15/30/45 second reduced cooldown on melee attacks.
It wouldn't stack with say Unrelenting or other things like Fire Up though since that'd be broken
