Does anyone know if Fixated allows you to see other Perks affecting your scratch marks?
For example, if Distortion activates.. does Fixated still reveal my scratch marks for me or are they also hidden from my perspective?

It does! If your scratch marks are hidden then they will be invisible to you while using Fixated.
It also works for the sporadic spawning of Lightweight.
