Remove the Token system from Appraisal

Simple change, ever since the rummage action got capped to once per chest, I think there is no need for a Token system.
Without Tokens, this would at least add a new synergy to this Perk, which would be chest offerings for potentionally more items!

the token system is there to limit perk's total number of searches. it is probably better to just allow unlimited amount of rummages.

Don't remove it entirely, but maybe increase it to something like 4 or 5 tokens.
