It's so cool to be hit when Killer is no longer swinging. Or be outside of Lunge and still be hit. It's like all Killer given Hatchet Hitbox in their Lunge.
My Ping is usually good so not a Ping issue.

Over the last month there have been slight server desynchronizations, and believe me, it works in both directions, so the killer can get hit even though you are far away and on the contrary, the killer hears groans and sees blood, but the survivor does not get hit
