So my behavior account is showing i dont own the game on playstation when i do own it.
im worried that it saying i dont own it on there then it wont bring any of the progress i made over when cross progression comes out. it is my account with all my stuff. is there a way to fix this? some addition notes i stopped playing on that console about a year ago i do still have it.

hi, I just wanted to ask you if you found a solution because I want to merge my steam and my ps5 account but my behaviour account is also showing me that I don't own the game on ps5 although it is showing that I own it on steam

Need to make sure you start the game up on the console so it can ping the server with your data, I think.

I'm having the exact same issue now, except with switch.
I bought the game on steam because I noticed that DBD has cross save now. I even completely redownloaded the game on my faulty switch, went to the campfire and even played one 'testround' just in case, even though my sticks have such heavy issues that it's basically unplayable now on that device, probably frustrating my teammates during that round because I wasn't able to help properly.
still, nothing. even before I booted up the game once on steam it says that I own it on Steam - contrary to switch where even after playing online it still doesn't show up.
Underneath Steam is also a 'Refresh' Button - this Button is missing entirely underneath the Nintendo Switch Symbol.
I'm also scared to just progress with the cross merge regardless because I don't want to lose the dozens of hours of progress I put into that Nintendo-Switch-account but I also haven't recieved a response from support yet (which is a whole different topic, because although I recieved a confirmation E-Mail that my Support Request has been recieved, on the Website itself it doesn't even list my support request under the 'Requests' tab).
I'm just unsure how to view all of this. after some research I stumbled across people with similar issues who seemingly waited for months to get a response back, sometimes never getting a response at all. I wouldn't have bought the game a second time if it wasn't for the cross-save feature.
