Anti-slugging idea
Literally just had this idea, do you remember the cages from 2v8?
What if after a certain amount of time on the ground, the Survivor would get auto-caged (hooked)? Downed Survivors would see the timer until they're auto-caged, the timer would behave similarly to the anti-camping one hooks have, it would take a minute to activate on its own, would go faster if the Killer is near and would go slower if your teammates are nearby.
What do you think? I haven't really proof checked this idea for flaws, so let me know!

I’m not a fan of systems that reward passive behavior.
In this case rewarding the Killer with a faster potential bleedout by causing the survivor to now incur sacrifice countdown too all while still ignoring pickup/carry time.

this syste would be a buff for slugging builds since the survivor would still get hooked without the killer spending time to do so. Leaving people on the ground for a minute isnt a huge challenge with knock out :(
