Bug that has been occuring for over 5 years still not fixed

So i have been trying to help my girlfriend figure this out. Her daily rituals do not appear. no matter what is done. hasnt appeared in months. you open the page and its just blank. that is on xbox s. but looking into it to try to find a fix i see its been going on for OVER 5 years and never has been fixed. and thats on all systems. when reported here on the forums and bug reports, it just gets marked as pending. how has it been pending for 5+ years. so my suggestion is dont sweep your issues under the rug and fix things when people complain. ive seen so many exuses made and lies told. it doesnt take over 5 years for such a basic aspect of the game.
