But I honesty wish it would say on the perks or somewhere if I have them unlocked or not

    I preface this with I don't actually know... cause I've never unlocked a perk in the Shrine of Secrets…

    However if I were to guess, does it show it on the respective character for that perk in character select in the top left? I believe you can still select a character you don't own, and I think it shows the next perk levels you can reach for each character perk.

    E.g. if you have Resurgence unlocked at tier1 on Jill, when you highlight Jill it will show the other 2 perks in yellow and Resurgence in green as a "level up to unlock this" indicator.

    I need a character I dont own to check I'm not talking out my butt, so apologies if I'm wrong, but I think that's where it is 😅

    Any character leveled up to prestige 1 is unlocked at level 1 for that side. prestige 3 unlocks it as level 3 and no need to blood web it for rank. each side also has around 15-20 shared ones only in the blood web.
