Hello everyone,

I know that we have a Bug Report section, but its nearly a week already, so I just want to test the waters here.

Since Monday I can't play DBD due to EAC glitching and crashing my PCs explorer. When I start DBD, after the splashwindow showcasing Soma and Dracula from the new rift finishs loading, nothing happens. I have waited for up to 15min. During this time the PC works mostly normal, but if I try to do anything with the explorer, the explorer crashes, leaving me basically unable to do anything. Once I executed the DBD.exe I also can't no longer power down my PC and have to hard reset.

Various online sources managed to get it working again by opening the EAC app manually as admin and clicking repair, but when I do this, the app just flashes for a split second, before closing itself. When I manually close DBD, I get an EAC error, calling out various windows system files, like nvapi.dll or wlanapi.dll - by running several windows-intern repair programs, they did something with this files, but EAC always finds something new to take offense of. I even did a full clean reinstall of DBD, but to no effect. I never had such a severe bug with EAC and its now 4 days without DBD and I am starting to feel the withdrawl symptoms.

I didn't install any new software and just got a new set of headphones, but I hardly believe that they are flagged or something. I am at my wits end, has anyone experienced something like this? Especially now, during the event? I am a bit sad that I can't complete the event tome, if this keeps up, as the third page released while I am experiencing this bug.

Happy gaming, everyone.
