Better anti-leave function then current
There is not DOUBT that there is an abundant amount of people killing themselves on their first hook, EG attempting all 3 escapes THEN not doing the skill checks, this also completely avoids the leave suspensions by wasting about 2 minutes, at most. So, I suggest this:
An account has 2 or 3 tokens, 1 token is consumed upon loading into the match, Having no tokens wont allow you to queue up for a match. You gain 1 token every 5 minutes, including while in-game. But when you have max tokens, the next token can be claimed in half the time. For example, when you queue up into a match with 2 tokens (Assuming 2 is max), upon consuming the token when loading in, it will only take 2.5 minutes to get back that token, so then when you get out you will have 2 tokens again. Abandoning a match will not include the time spent from that match as contribution to obtaining your next token.
Realistically, to anyone who doesnt kill themselves on hook will not at all notice this feature.

That sounds like a really good idea! Maybe they should also consider bringing back the old system where a survivor who chooses to DC gets a 24 hour cooldown. It could help reduce the number of disconnects and create a fairer experience for both killers and other survivors trying to play the game to the end. If people know there is a consequence to DC, they might think twice before choosing that option. It can both help to reduce frustrations and make the gaming experience better for everyone. An improved anti-leave feature along with that cooldown could really make a difference! :)

I honestly rather they just remove the self-unhook, unless you have an activated perk with it OR the game has come to a dire situation.

Just remove self unhooking and any and all abiltiy for the hooked survivor to interact with their hook state. They hang there for the time duration or until unhooked unless they have a guarantee way to unhook themselves. And also increase the DC penalties, if you are mad enough to rage quit games then you should be forced onto a lengthy break as you clearly dont want to play the game and its better for everyone else.
