Sloppy butcher makes effect like missed healing skill check

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

When Sloppy is active and other characters get hit, I get something like a missed healing skill check.

PLATFORM:

PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

  1. Play as a survivor against a killer with the sloppy butcher.
  2. Get hit to activate sloppy on you.
  3. Someone else should get a hit.

    You are suffering from the Haemorrhage Status Effect when Reactive Healing is activated, Haemorrhage will immediately drain your (invisible) Health bar of the percentage Reactive Healing just applied and also cause you to experience the blood-splash visual and sound effects of Haemorrhage taking effect.
    This is normal and not a bug.

    I would argue that it is a bug because there's a specific animation and survivor yell that plays for missing a healing skill check, but it's not a missed skill check and no loud noise notification is generated. But it's been in the game for over two years now, since the change to the Hemorrhage status effect, and I know it's been reported a ton of times, and no action ever taken.
