Does Pyramid Head have the worst addons in the game?

I read his addons for the first time and his only good addons are range addons. How...

It's either Pyramid Head or Freddy, for sure.

I think these days it's probably PH, because at least Freddy got an actually usable set of addons a little while back, the ones that provide killer instinct/auras after teleporting. Those still aren't great, but it does mean that Freddy has numerically more useful addons than PH.

It's kind of a race to the bottom either way, though. They're both pretty bad spreads of addons.

his duration trail add-on's makes his trails last long time. by default 60 seconds makes placing trails unrewarding because they'll disappear quickly. if you a tiny bit of his trail near pallet points, you have a much bigger opportunity to torment survivors. the duration power add-on can allow you to walk with trail around loops and many survivor tend to panic or make poor plays around that.

when a survivor is tormented, they're easier to proxy camp and proxy tunnel. i think add-on are not intuitive for why they could be good. its more his iri add-on and purple add-on that are not good.

If ask me, most of his add-on should be base-kit. than killer could choose more interesting add-on's but PH is often labelled as unfun to play against as survivor so unlikely for them to buff him. the lastest change they've done is made his cages tp from 6 meter to 8 meters. that signify that they're more likely to nerf him than buff him.

Yes, but he has a really good and strong power, so please just move on, nothing to see her. Don't change a thing, nonono, just moooove along!

His iri add ons are terrible, specifically the seal of Metatron is terrible. It literally tells you were the cage goes when that generally is just the direct opposite side of the map from you, and the other iri add on just gives base kit insidious. They are definitely not that great.

the ones that provide killer instinct/auras after teleporting.

Just killer instinct, actually. Z Block and Cat Block.

They were only changed due to the reworks for Mangled and Hemorrhage, iirc.

Oh, really? I stand corrected, I thought the higher rarity one was an aura.

I'd still call them both pretty useful compared to his others, though, they were honestly pretty welcome as far as I'm concerned.

I guess they went with Killer Instinct because it cannot be blocked. So those are add-ons are basically a NTH that you cannot hide from.

They are useful when compared to his other add-ons yes, except Red Paint Brush which is the best one he has, but definitely not good enough.

I'd say that Pyramid Head has the worst iri add-ons, whereas Freddy has the worst add-ons overall. Pyramid Head at least has one or two green/yellow add-ons that give you a little value. When I play Freddy I literally do not know what to equip because everything sucks lol. But Freddy's iri add-ons are better than Pyramid Head's imo. They are both at the bottom of the best add-ons tierlist though.

I'd give the nod to Freddy. He has 3 add ons that just change his power to a different power. Not necessarily a stronger power. Arguably a worse power than snares, and you lose an add on slot to do it. One of his Iri add ons just makes his power work at the start of the game. He so desperately needs a full on rework.
