Scratch marks not appearing

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: during the DBD Halloween event survivors will sometimes lose all scratch marks for the remainder of the match.

PLATFORM: Steam.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: unsure what is the cause but likely linked to the event smoke bomb item and the effect of hiding scratch marks becoming permanent.

VIDEO: I was not recording myself when I encountered the bug on Nemesis (which appears to be the most common killer to encounter it on) however it is seen very clearly in this video from Pinkyc0rn at the 6:20 mark and persists for the entire match.

The video time stamp is to showcase where scratch marks are seen and then suddenly disappear for the remainder of the match, the fact another survivor is chased in this spot and there are still no scratch marks supports that no boon is in effect (plus there is no boon sound and in my own game there were no boon perks period)
