PWYF not working at times

Sometimes chase will not start against the obsession until you hit them, no matter how close you are. Could this get looked into, please?

Is the survivor running? Chase only triggers when a survivor is running away from you.

Indeed they are. I'm a long time user of PWYF.

not PWYF bug but more general, very old chase bug where sometimes chase just doesn't start, been in the game for a while
doubt the devs will fix it but I'd be pleasantly surprised if they did
