they don't want to buff her. it is why you get a meaningless buff of 0.5 seconds of speed boost coming out of TV's. right?

Why do the patchnotes say 45 seconds for machine learning but in game description says 40 seconds. Which is it?

There is no revenue in patching it. If the shop is bugged, a patch will arrive in 5 hours at the latest, you can be sure of that

so there’s no mention of this bug being fixed in the latest patch notes for the ptb… do we think it will be for live release or left out again?
