New idea to all killers and survivors basekit, the passive perk.

This idea is to have a clear reason of why using that character, espicially for survivor. Currently the reason to play one survivor is because the player like the skin/character model. Some people may think it doesn't matter, but there is no depth in playing one specific survivor unlike killer. But a similar phenomenon occurs to killers. Some people just run 4 slowdowns or run the exact same build. The purpose of buying a new survivor is just to unlock their perks and make them use it on their favorite survivor. So why not adding a 5th perk slot but can only equip the 3 unique perks of themselves for both sides? And I know that some people will complain about like the aritst will always use pain res, pinhead will always use deadlock, Meg will always use sprint burst, there's no good perk for some killers and survivors so it will be unbalanced, etc. Of course it will on the current patch, so just balance out the perks. Nerf slowdown and exaustion perk, buff the others. Every last one. I made a list of it.
