Cannot change my purchased outfits

It’s been a month since I cannot change any of my purchased outfits, it said no cosmetic available, please help.

    Check if you have set cosmetic filters on by accident. The button is next to the search bar in the character cosmetic section. Only thing marked should be owned if you have anything else marked unmark those and you should see all your cosmetics.
