Normalize toolboxes
Toolbox rarity is really scuffed at the moment. Brown toolboxes are effectively useless compared to commodius or alex's. People don't bring brown toolboxes into a trial to do gens faster. The only time I use them is to do a sabo daily as a throwaway.
All medkit rarities allow you to heal yourself once and the only thing that changes is altruistic healing. All flashlight rarities allow you to blind the killer and blinding takes the exact same time across all rarities, the only difference is the flashlight duration. Yet toolboxes have three different variables, charges, repair speed, and sabo speed.
It would be nice if they were streamlined more so that lower rarity toolboxes were more useful. Maybe give sabo toolboxes a different model in the lobby, too.

Biggest thing that sticks out to me is Commodius is the best repair toolbox, and the second best sabo toolbox....

I mean it's really just Commodious toolboxes being too strong compared to the rest. It has the most charges of any toolbox and is good for both repair and sabotage. I would still let it keep its identity of having more charges but its bonuses should be reduced accordingly to reflect that strength.
Maybe also add 2 more charges to brown, Mechanic's, and Engineer's toolboxes so they have enough charges for 3 sabos (18 instead of 16).
I wouldn't necessarily want to see toolboxes all overhauled to be similar, medkit varieties are really boring right now since they are all basically the same. A purple medkit is barely any better than a brown one.

All survivor items need a thorough rework & add-on pass.
Could you imagine if The Houndmaster was released & she only had 4 add-ons?
