DBD false ban.

i recently got falsely banned, on dbd even tho i never used any third party application, when i contacted support, its a bot that is not reviewing my account, but is instead making me feel guilty, and i find it odd because they are not sharing the third party app, and when i logged in my account, it said "exploit : abusing bugs or errors to play"

so i wanna ask, how do i contact a true dbd staff, to review my account, because eac banned alot of innocent players, and i recently had 5k hours on nintendo switch and 1k hours on steam. thats so sad. please, can i talk to someone REAL?
