The new perk "Clean Break" is bugged, not doing what it says (it doesn't always make you healthy).
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using the perk Clean Break, if you are in the mending state while the Clean Break has been activated and you're broken, you don't become healthy when the timer completes, as it's stated from the perk.
The perk says: "After 60 seconds, you become Healthy". But if just heals you from deep wound to injured, instead of doing what it's supposed to do.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 1 Equip Dead Hard. 2 Get hooked yourself. 3 Heal someone. 4 Activate the perk timer. 5 Get Deep Wounded after, by using Dead Hard for example.

That's how these kinds of perks always work (ie. Second Wind, Moment of Glory, Inner Strength, and syringes), you can't just bypass deep wound for free with it.

Those perks don't say "you become Healthy", but instead they specifically say that you gain 1 health state.
