If you don't ever hook survivors, they simply cannot EVER get this insanely strong unlockable ability. So... why not just start slugging all 8 survivors right?

  don't hook guide players. hook everyone except guide players. it is like they get base-kit decisive strike in the form of Yui jin's fast track perk.
