Make the generator silent and mute repair noises.
Remove additional gen regress penalty when missing a skill check.

Just decreasing gen hearing distance would be great. Repair noise is obsolete. Increase skill check chances too.

It doesn’t have to be that (even though you can see the auras of all incomplete gens on the map as a counter… like, currently) but it has to be something more. Contrary to what killer mains have conditioned themselves to believe about survivor perks a buff isn’t a side-grade.

not every perk (or killer for that matter) needs to be buffed into S/A tier just because it's bad.
some perks have a particular niche that also implies the perk isn't going to be very meta.
