i don't know what happend today in this match with a bot....
in the endgame chat many said that a cheater was playing on Ada and he left the game and the bot continued to cheat, which sounds kinda strange in itself
I did not understand what was happening in the game and what they wanted from me, but after reviewing the recording, I realized that the killers could not hit the bot, maybe this is some kind of bug or skill issue idk
for some reason i can't attach a video

Sometimes players decide that the other side must be cheating when something happens which they dont understand. Since apparently the Bot was accused of Cheating, I rather think that the Killer just did not understand something correctly. Because a Bot should not be able to cheat.

Can you upload the video on YouTube or something? It's a bit hard to determine what exactly was going on without seeing the match.
If I understand correctly you say, that not only the killer claimed the bot to be cheating. I am not quite sure, if that is even possible. It would depend on how exactly the bot and the cheats are done but considering that cheaters seem to be able to affect other players too, I wouldn't say it's impossible.

Thanks. I watched it a few times at 0.25 times speed and it does look suspicious. Them not hitting the first time could happen, if they just missed (although I'm not sure how they would miss there, since that survivor did not 360) but that hit at window should have connected.
It was a medium vault and she was still in the animation. I don't think it's enougj evidence to conclude that the bot was cheating but it is weird.
The instances at 1:14 and 1:17 definitely show that something was off though. Both of these very clearly should have connected. I'd send it to BHVR. It is possible that it was a bug I don't know of any other instances like that and if the survivor was cheating before they disconnected I am honestly tempted to believe that.

Yeah, those should have been hits. Yet, I still dont think that the Bot was cheating, Bots dont cheat.
There are two possibilities:
- A Bug. It is DBD, after all.
- I dont know how Bots replace players, but MAYBE if the player was cheating before, the Bot has the same values. E.g. if the player has a Cheat to move at 200% Speed and then DCs, the Bot might do the same. But this is just speculation.
My initial suspicion that something was just not understood is wrong tho. (Which is a great example why videos help a lot with stuff like this)

for me, all the missed hits seem suspicious, it feels like the bot doesn't have hitboxes. To be honest, I didn't see how Ada played before she left, because she did it about a couple of minutes after the start of the match, so I'm not sure that it was a cheater.
Perhaps those who wrote in the chat that Ada cheated made such a conclusion from the fact that the bot did not have hitboxes, who knows, but the situation is strange in itself0
