Escape animation: survivor is under ground + empty polygon

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Survivor goes under ground while escaping from Saloon. And then there are some empty polygon (on all maps).
PLATFORM: steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: just escape. It happens all the time.
