Survivor - Dietta Yudrekstva
Dietta is a award-winning dancer who started dancing at a young age. Her 3 perks, Aerial Grace, Superior Balance, and Rhythmic Routine, allow her to swiftly vault, control her movement speed, and perform better the longer she is in chase.
Aerial Grace — Your body is adapted to moving as fluid as water. Even in air
After being in chase for 30 seconds, this perk activates.
Press the active ability button when near a vault or pallet to Leap.
When leaping, you are immune to getting hit or getting grabbed while leaping over the vault or pallet.
You also vault 75% faster. Afterwards, you become Hindered for 4 seconds.
This ability has a cooldown of 45 seconds.
Hindered reduces movement speed.
Superior Balance — You know how to use your feet significantly better than others.
You are immune to all Hindered status effects.
Additionally, every time you gain the haste status effect for a set duration, that duration is increased for an extra +3s.
Rhythmic Routine — You adapt to the motion of your surroundings, no matter the situation.
Every time you are in chase for 10 seconds, gain a token.
For every token, gain 2% haste.
Then, lose tokens once the chase ends, and this ability goes on cooldown for 75s.

This is a great concept and i wish it came w/ concept art of sorts, but i think the second ability is insanely overpowered considering the first ability, love movement perks but i think it wouldnt be right to be immune to your own hinders lolz, love to hear more, great concept 😋🖤

Cool concept, like the name and backstory a lot but why have the fast vault if you would already be immune to hits or grabs. You would be vaulting so fast anyways that the hit/grab wouldn't register in time, otherwise great.

Superior Balance is my favourite perk here, because of the unique ability to offer immunity against a status effect, whilst also offering an additional effect that would still have some good use in the game.
Rhythmic Routine is a nice way to prolong a chase. I had a similar idea for a perk, where the survivor would see an increase of 0.2m/s when Bloodlust activates, so I'm onboard with a perk which keeps up the pace.
Aerial Grace is probably the one I'd change. Finesse shows that 20% is more than enough in most cases, plus this perk would make that one completely redundant. Perhaps it could have a different effect, such as maybe clearing further distance in the air when vaulting, or maybe being able to leap further off any high ledges.
Basically, 2 really great perk ideas and one which feels perhaps a little done already.
