Can someone explain to me what Leon's perks are and what Ada's perks ?
Like Rocky Spirit and bite the Bullet , how does it relate to Leon's character? Perks descriptions describe Leon focusing on targets that slip away, well I don't remember Leon focusing on a target that slipped away.
and Bite the bullet says that pain hurts you just as much as anyone else, but you prefer that others don't know that, this is literally something I've never seen Leon do.
and Interactive healing perk , how does it relate to Ada's character? I know she's a spy and a mercenary but I don't see what this perk has to do with Ada.
This post is not a sarcasm or a complaint, it is literally a question I want answer.
I appreciate any answer that is related to my question, even if the answer is simple.

To be fair - Leons and Adas perks aren´t that bad overall.
You can explain this. Leon - rookie - fixed on the misson - repair, Flashbang - y not - police thing, tough because Leon.
Ada - Spy. Sneaky, clever tracking - observation, heals when others suffer.
There are worse perk stories imo.
Edit - focusing on the target slipping away - imo that means he focuses on the mission, and when the gens regress he sees it - the mission is to repair. Bite the bullet is just because since RE2 and RE4 he is tough as f.
And with Ada healing i think she is silently profitting in the back - like in the games.

Hmm… have to think of some situations. There are some but it is more that she takes advantages of situations i guess.
The first that comes to mind - with a bit of fantasy - you can say at the end of RE4 after Leon fought the boss and was weakened she took the sample from him and escaped. (Even Leon is a bit different as she always helps him)

I don't recall the plot of either RE2 or RE4 too well, but in both games wasn't she just letting Leon do all the dirty work just to snatch her prize (the G-virus and the Las Plagas thingy) from him at the end? I know that it doesn't go exactly that way because she's not as cold-blooded as she seems and clearly develops a soft spot for Leon (especially in RE4, since in Separate Ways we see how much she is actually helping him in the background), but I think that's the idea behind the perk, to represent the way she supposedly is as a mercenary.

Things I think make sense within the constraints of the game:
Ada
Low Profile - I feel this makes sense with what we see of Ada. She's strongest on her own.
Wiretap - Ada always knows what is going on, this is a good way to symbolize it.
Leon
Flashbang - Probably the closest they could get to a grenade
What doesn't make sense:
Ada
Reactive Healing - I think this would make more sense as a Leon perk, especially RE 2 where when others fall Leon seems to get stronger.
Leon
Bite the Bullet - Yeah, doesn't really connect.
Rookie Spirit - No idea, but at least the name is linked.
As others have said, there's only so much you can do to incorporate a character into the already existing framework of DbD. It's a guess on my part, but I suspect BHVR has a wide array of perks built up and when they get a licensed character they try to figure out which of their perks would actually best fit.

Can you give me an example or situation?

They’re not especially thematic for the characters but I’m sure BHVR had to get them approved through Capcom. We don’t know what preliminary perks for them might have been or what Capcom suggested that could have been outside of what BHVR could do. The perks that really suit their characters are Flashbang, Rookie Spirit, Wiretap, and Low Profile. It’s Reactive Healing and Bite the Bullet that are a little off.

Yeah like this.
With a bit of fantasy i can see some kind of relation. As i said there are worse perk backgrouds imo.
Also it is getting more and more difficult for them to invent new unique perks as there are already so many of them.

Not everything need be lore and realism accurate.

Since when Nicolas Cage can summon an item in his hand just by sprinting for a little bit?
It's a game, it's not that deep

You didn't understand, I don't mean that the effects in this game are similar to Resident Evil
What I mean is how perk relates to the character itself? Not the effect of perk.

All characters have perks that are tied to the character personality, or what the character do in movie or game if it's a licensed character.
It's confusing with Leon and Ada as they don't seem to be related to them.
