Bhvr needs to do something against cheaters
I know topic is old but I dont care anymore.
Took a long break from dbd and my first match today was against an cheating swf.
Bhvr really needs to tackle this topic. I know it doesn't make money but increasing quality of gameplay will make them more money in longterm because more people will be around to buy dlc's or skins and rift passes.
Playerbase is in decline and for good reason. I don't think this game will live another 2 years if they can't fix:
- Cheaters
- Generate interesting content (liker for real who wants sm or houndmaster)
- decide wether they want to be a comeptitive sweat game or a fun game and go for it
To me the game is already dead and I play it once a month at max because the amount of bugs, cheaters and toxicity is just tiring.

You just sound burnt out to me. You also sound like you let the game get to you way more than it should.

If a game is no fun anymore I stop playing it.
If something in the game is not working right I'm going to talk about it.
It's as simple as that.
Sure sometimes you get a match that makes you boil but that's not the case here. Dbd just istn't worth playing anymore.1 -
I mean I get that it's part of online environments and parents who failed miserably at educating their children due to either incompetency or just not loving them, so cheaters will always exist.
What is inexcusable is that BHVR is not strict on the punishment. One offense and it should be a hardware ban. Period. Instead BHVR just gives them a slap on the wrist and then they go and make another account. THIS is the part that is absolutely blamable on BHVR for not doing better.
