Make Shattered Hope base kit and possibly give the perk itself a buff

I think it would be ideal to make the effects of shattered hope base kit for killers…
People running around to the most obscure places to set up boons causing the killer to lose time trying to find it, only to just snuff out the boon… only to have it relit moments later… survivors can destroy totems and hexes as a base and can make multiple uses of their boons on the same totem.
Killers should have the option to destroy boons all the same so survivors would have to find new locations to set up the boons rather than always going back to the same one over and over again
Secondly an option to give the perk a much needed buff that still relies on the survivors to bring boons in the first place, and effectiveness based on the boons they bring… but just as the name implies, allow the perk to turn the boons into hexes and turn the positive effects it gives survivors into negatives
Converting… Circle of Healing: makes healing speeds slower and anyone healing inside the radius has their aura shown to the killer
Dark Theory: provides hindered and lingers after leaving the area
Exponential : Prevents self healing inside the area for those that are injured or dying
Illumination: Shows the aura of all survivors in the area while causing survivors inside to become blinded
Shadow step: causing the scratch marks to become more prominent and more directionally inclined while revealing the aura of survivors in the area
True to its name, taking the beacon of hope and turning it against the survivors, however this change would vary in strength as it still depends on the survivors to bring boons in the first place and the strength on the perk is determined by how many boons are bought into the trial to begin with, still making it a sorta niche perk, but a whole lot more useful than it’s been for the last 6yrs

Boons are pretty mid at best compared to a lot of other perks. We don't need basekit nerfs to them.
(and also Shattered Hope hasn't been in the game for 6 years, it's been here for 2.)

I'm not too keen on Shattered Hope basekit, because that is an indirect buff to Pentimento, which is already quite the pub stomper perk, and buries boons even more than they currently are.
My suggestion for Shattered Hope was to keep it's current effect, but it give it an additional passive that powers up the killer in some fashion for each currently broken totem.

If the effect its given for each broken totem is decent, it might make a nice alternative hex build perk, that tries to use hexes but has a contingency plan in case that fails.
