Surprise buffs to 3 more perks in this update
3 perks have received buffs that weren't on the PTB.
Distressing now increases terror radius by 20/25/30%. (was 22/24/26%)
No One Left Behind now gives 50/75/100% healing and unhooking speed (was 30/40/50%) and the Haste has been increased to 10% for 15 seconds. (was 7% for 10 seconds)
Thrill of the Hunt now has a 10/12/14% penalty per token (was 8/9/10%) and the maximum penalty is now 50/60/70%. This means it takes 47 seconds to cleanse a totem at 5 stacks.
The bonus bloodpoints have also been removed from all of these.

I often used them for the bonus BP… :-(

The No one left behind changes are really good because I love using this perk in unhooking builds!
The rest of the perk changes are very welcomed but I don’t understand the point of removing the bloodpoint bonuses at all.

The removal of bloodpoint bonuses makes sense, I guess. The removed it from BBQ and WGLF a long time ago, so they now decided to continue with it.
The onlyy remaining one is Beast of Prey.

Guessing they wanted to be rid of the BP bonuses, firstly, and then buffed 'em slightly as they were getting updated anyway.

the bp bonus was the only reason to ever use them, so imo this is a nerf

If anything I'd guess that the only reason Beast of Prey didn't lose its BP bonus yet is because unlike these other perks it's not really improvable with a number change. That perk needs a total rework.

The effect is fine, I would just add a buff
Undetectable after Bloodlust 1
Keeps the undetectable for 15 seconds after downing a survivor whilst in any bloodlust tier0 -

I agree that the Distressing change doesn't really do much and overall with the bloodpoints being gone from it, it probably lost value overall. Going from 26% to 30% doesn't change a whole lot, and a bigger terror radius isn't always a benefit either.
But the buffs to Thrill of the Hunt and No One Left Behind are significant, I wouldn't consider that a nerf at all. Getting in endgame a permanent WMI heal speed, half of a Babysitter effect, the ability to unhook twice as fast, and seeing your teammates at all times? That's really good.
Idk. I think having a perk tied to bloodlust at all is kinda bad design. It means half the roster pretty much has no use for it and it primarily rewards mistakes (or comes as a consequence of bad map design).
You don't want to rely on bloodlust if you don't need to and if you want undetectable there are better ways to get it that don't involve chasing someone for long enough to get bloodlust, even if you added a linger effect to the undetectable.

I already made a post about it, but I think Thrill is extremely broken now.
Distressing still seems terrible, would've been nice if they could find a way to make it synergize better with terror radius perks as that's the whole reason people use it in the first place. (Like terror radius based effects persist for an extra 15 seconds after leaving the terror radius.)
NOLB seems fine, I have no complaints or concerns about that one.

Who are you playing and what map that you don't ever get bloodlust at least, I don't know, 5 or 6 times a game?

Nolb buffs? Oh my, thank you! I've always loved the idea of this perk and I love to see it get love. I didn't think it'd get any changes after 6.1

It's kinda annoying that they remove BP bonuses, especially since all those perks are general perks that are available at the start and can help somewhat reduce the grind for new players (said grind only becomes longer as updates pile up).
