Very rare cosmetics no longer purchasable via iri shards

Why were the very rare/visceral cosmetics for the new characters able to be purchased via iri shards earlier in the day, but now they're not??? At first all of them could be bought with iri shards, then just Houndmaster's skin, and now none of them are available for iri shards. Is it just me, or..?

    They released mistakenly as purchaseable with iri shards.

    The unique cosmetics are meant to be Auric Cell only for 4 weeks, then they'll be available to purchase with Iri Shard after 4 weeks have passed.
