Houndmaster's chase music and why the PTB's was better

If you compare both chase music on youtube you will notice the lack of the accordion in the bg. It was a little disappointing giving how much personality it added to it. Also the first layer was just completely gutted for some reason. Overall the ptb chase music was better than the finished product.

    Yeah, the Layer 1 of the Terror Radius is so subtle, it's practically not there, and if the reason for changing the Chase layer was because it was "Annoying" the frantic accordian did nothing to fix that, if anything made it worse
