Shoulder the Burden
I feel that when survivors use Shoulder the Burden, the killer shouldn't be notified. It makes the perk less effective. It penalizes the person who take the hook state, who is already penalized by the exposed time, and encourages the killer to tunnel that person instead.

I dont think killers should get a noise notification at all. STB or not the tunnel is all too common right now. At least make them have to pay attention to their hud.

I disagree, because an important part of the killers skillset is tracking hook stages. It'd be the equivalent of a killer having a perk that can break an already repaired generator but using it doesn't update the survivors on their HUD until they find that gen again.
I had a game where I was playing more for fun, and even with the notifications I missed it, I must have got pallet stunned or something as it happened, but I caught the Taurie who used it and hooked her, not realising she was on death hook.

against any decent survivor, Exposed timer will be gone by the time killer finds that survivor and lands a hit on them :)
