I think it's the way the wraith has positioned themselves.
Also. The way the wraith missed the uncloak. Chefs kiss.

The wraith used his hitbox to block the vault. It's not a bug but just game design in my eyes.

The issue is I'm on the window, not him. It should have at least let me medium vault there.

you are absolutely right, the devs should add at least a visual indicator or change the window blocking hitbox to something that is visually fitting
