Around the time of the release of Two Can Play, I went through some of the weaker hexes and suggested buffs for all of them, I'd need to see if I can dig that up or if it got yeeted with a PTB closure or something.

Yes, very good News. And I think it is justified, they just slapped it onto the Live Servers without any testing at all, because I am very sure not even the consultants have tested this before, considering that one of them immediatly made a video pointing out how miserable Thrill of the Hunt became to go against.
I am all for significant Buffs for unpopular Perks, but they should at least be on the PTB before.

I have played against it, but it was easy game. No slowdown, so he ended with 0 hooks…
You simply can't even try to cleanse, just do gens and hope you will be faster than 5 hooks (which is possible against 0 slowdown).1
