Not working BP incentives

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
There is either none, or low incentive since last Lights out event. Often on incorrect side.
I have done testing during several evenings, where killers usually used to have 100% bonus (21-22pm).

Killer queue times: 18-25 seconds
Survivor queue times: 2-3 minutes

Yet the incentive is 25% for survivors.

    Current status: 25% incentive for survivors, yet queue times don't match it.

    5 attemts for killers all between 17-23 seconds

    2 attempts for survivors are 86 seconds, 93 seconds.

    Yup! EU servers right now. Killer games are almost instant, but with survivor you have to wait about 5 min, even though that role still has 25% BP incentive

    Same. EU.

    No bonus on killer but very short queue times. 25% on surv with much longer queue times.

    Still same, survivors have 25% bonus yet have longer queue times by 1-2 minutes.
    Seems like most people affected are from EU.
