It is not very common for hotfix to be released on Mondays, they usually do it on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. But I am sure that the hotfix will be released on Thursday, when the Christmas event starts.

My guess is Tuesday, maybe even Thursday if they want to fix more stuff than usual before the holidays.
