Chucky nerfs are a bit to much

The nerf to chuckys cooldown is fine and justified but the nerf to slice and dice speed feels terrible and needs to be reverted there is no way this should of went through this makes chucky so much worse at everything he's already 4.4 with a 14 second cooldown and that change kills his power entirely at most loops please revert this change it's so bad

In the beginning Chucky was great fun. Now he's just garbage. I don't buy licensed chapters anymore. Nope
