Appear offline mode
Please BHVR add an “Appear offline” feature for the friends list. I just wanna play without being bothered by friends and want to avoid the awkward conversation of “don’t feel like playing with you” today.

If you're on Xbox as I am they cannot do this, as it would violate some of the Xbox visibility guidelines. It's also the reason we can't use their Anonymous Mode. So even if I select Appear Offline it'll still show me playing DBD on my profile, either in game or in the menu.
Maybe others can speak to how it works on the other platforms if you're on one of them.

I’m on PlayStation and we can’t do it.
However every other game I can. Dbd should add this.

It's the same on the PlayStations too? Didn't know that.

we absolutely can appear offline on PlayStation. However, we still show online specifically in DBD, which is the annoying part. No idea about Xbox but I’m pretty sure Fortnite allows you to appear offline so there’s no reason DBD can’t do it. The feature just wouldn’t be supported for Xbox.

agreed. DBD is so slow to implement basic things that other games have

Now you got me wondering what our precious Switch cousins see on theirs... 🤔

This is a NEED. It's so basic. BHVR!!

They must not be friends if it'll be awkward for you.

Not really that, its more of thr fact sometimes you just want some you time, and dont want a simple game to become a chore

You all got issues if you can't be assertive to tell someone that you don't want to play together. If they were a true friend they would respect that. OP just sounds avoidant of problems.
