bp loss / reset after winter event match
played a match as pinhead, after having just spent enough bp to have unlocked lvl 5 cosmetic skin. i won the match, and after leaving to return to the lobby screen, my bp was reset along with the points i had just spent prior to the match, which pushed me back to lvl 4, so i then had to respend those points to re-unlock the lvl 5 skin i was just playing with.

Also sometimes the event score point gain just….stop after a few SnowSkull hits on either players and Spooky Snowmen
Hell, some even say that if you hard-focus event stuff only, those points will be gone too because of farming/afk people

i probably should have mentioned i was using the mistletoe offering; was at lvl 4 bloodweb was at 38, spent ~400kish to hit lvl 5 and prestige, unlock skin, equip skin, join event lobby and switch on offering, played game, won, after leaving immediately greeted with reset bp which was very noticeable due to the equipped skin being changed without me doing so, and suddenly having 700k bp again.
logged off and haven't played again since. seeing similar people reporting this issue on reddit.0 -
i have the issue with Dracula. Prestige 5, level up to Prestige 6, the bloody headpiece showed up and after the next Match in the endgame screen (Winter Event) the Synchronization Error 112 shows up, kicked me back to the main menu and everything is like before. But nevertheless i own every bloody cosmetic with prestige 5 now. So strange and even frustrating because level up with this bug is no option at the moment.

Can confirm happening on PS5 console... I didn't get any error but my progress did seem to reset. Have been trying to repro but doesn't seem to be occurring with the main menu in any way, only encountered it after games complete.
I'm not sure, but I think I lost bloodpoints... however I can't say for sure cause only managed to reproduce when I'm not paying attention...

I'm glad you got your BP back. I faced this same issue while trying to level up Plague and ended up losing all my progress and everything from the blood web. Plus all the BP I'd spent just vanished too, not to be returned. This was on a PS4. From what I understand, this is an ongoing issue for multiple people, including people on other social media pages.

Happened again with my Twins. Prestiged her yesterday to P2 lvl 46, today she is back at P1 lvl28… And now I lost my bloodpoints, too
