SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Hatch wouldn't open with key

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: We were playing a game and my partner had a glitch where they were trying to open the hatch after waiting for the killer to close it. When they tried, it wouldn't give them the option at all, and wouldn't work when they tried pressing the buttons.

  • Player logs are required from PC players only: I don't have the logs because I recorded it for them, but they checked after and it seemed pretty clear

    You have to stand right in front of the hatch opposed of the hinge side to get the prompt to use the key. Also you still don't have any link to the video so can't say if that was the case.
