Repair reaction checks and treatments appear in random places.
CHANGE:The repair reaction check and treatment appear by 20% and the excellent reaction zone is increased by 15%.
The penalty for failure to perform a reaction check is increased by 25%.

the developers conceived a good idea, but its implementation turned out to be extremely poor.The perk has 2 conditions and one good effect, and the second effect is essentially an appendage (50% penalty reduction)
