Disconnected from Host, Lost Connection, & Grade Progress Error

Hello, playing on PS5 and after every match I am disconnected from the host and have to completely close the game and reopen it so I can continue to play with my friends. I also don't get any grade progess and therefore can't pip. It's so frustrating having to constantly restart.
