Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Invocation: Treacherous Crows Buff

Currently this is what it does when activated.

Whenever the Killer scares a Crow while a Survivor is inside their Terror Radius, their Aura is revealed to all Survivors for 1/1.5/2 seconds.

Now I see 3 things wrong. 1: Terror Radius should be removed and made map wide. 2: Aura Reading should be 3 to 5 seconds. 3: Survivors usually scare crows first so unless you run Calm Spirit you won't get value in chase.

My changes would be 3 to 5 seconds of Aura reading (a buff from 2). Anytime the Killer scares a Crow instead of within the Terror Radius. And all Surviors prevents Crows from being alerted by your proximity and flying off, unless they are being stepped on.

  • This still doesn't really do much to help the Perk overall, I'd rather just see the perk do something else.

Maybe add something where injured survivors no longer disturb crows or survivors dont disturb crows until they are exhausted

Yeah I mentioned that as the last sentence that all Survivors would no longer scare Crows. It says prevents Crows from being alerted.

    I agree with this.

Right now the perk is F-tier. Even if this buff were as strong as "all survivors no longer disturb crows", I think the perk would be reach C-tier.
"Survivors in chase don't disturb crows" could also raise this perk to D-tier. This might be equivalent to "If a survivor in chase disturbs a crow, reveal the killer's aura" which my friend suggested

This sounds reasonable to test out.

I agree with problem no. 1.

The TR requirement is too restrictive.

I don't, however, feel like the duration of the aura reveal or the inconsistency are that much of an issue. The bigger problem here is the drawback. 60 seconds in the Basement and Broken on top of that.

My choice would be to remove the TR requirement (as OP suggested) and change the permanent Broken to Oblivious (and potentially Blindness to all auras not revealed by the perk, but I don't think it's nessesary)

This is the 2nd worst perk in the game the ability is outshadowed by bring broken the entire game.

First of all, all invocations should interact with eachother. If we can't make all invocations at once, then maybe each Invocation perk increases invocation speed.
