PC (Epic) - Blurry Graphics since 7.2.0

Ever since the new DLC update, my Quality: Ultra and Resolution: 100 graphics have been blurry. When i change to Medium 100 res its no longer blurry, it seems although my ultra shows 100 res its locked in at something else. I've messed around with changing dif settings, spamming settings and editing my user settings to no avail and could really use the help thanks!
