Dracula locked out of snowskulls when shapeshifted

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Dracula only able to use snowskulls in Vampire form.
Whether this is by design or not, it should be fixed. Let the dog play in the snow!

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Have snowskulls, be dracula as wolf or bat, snowskull is unavailable.

    Many would think this doesn’t affect anything, but I don’t wanna swap from doggy to vampire to throw a snowskull. It matters more than you think.

    Snowskulls should be available to Dracula in wolf form. Wolf puppy being locked out of half a game of fetch is not cool.

    It might also affect blight serum, iirc. Can't test it without the event, though.

    Having to swap to the default form when it's supposed to be a 3-in-1 killer is a lot more impactful and annoying in-game than it might sound on paper.
