Why are the incentives so weird?

The killer incentives are at 100% yet I'm getting insta-queues. Meanwhile survivors have 125% but it takes ages to find a match. Make it make sense. I would be willing to play more survivors but the queue times are too obnoxious.

It is a little odd lately since the winter event came out. Likely before that honestly. Although I play mostly killer so I dont mind faster lobbies. I wanted to play survivor but its taking too long even just to solo q and I am in NA region.

I think the population dip is mostly solo q players, which would explain longer matchmaking for survivor.
