Most then half of the killer roster is dogshit.

Case in point? I played several rounds of Onryo today. About ten.
I won (3-4ked) 6, then drawed another 3. I lost 2.
Then I played 5 Ghostface rounds and won all of them. Then I played 2 Legion games and won one, then played four Nemesis rounds and won or tied all of them. And I am currently on a 100+ Dredge streak, using literally a single gen perk - Surge.
LIke you said, these Killers do not get stomped unless the player is not good enough at them to make a difference. If you're losing with these Killers, your build is wrong or you really do not understand how to mindgame and M1 chase effectively or use their powers whatsoever. That, or your MMR is heinously hellishly ridiculous, probably from running Nurse with four slowdown every round then swapping to one of these other Killers and expecting the same EZ results.
M1 Killers and B tiers are actually just fine, not every Killer has to be Blight to be good. None of these Killers have issues beyond minor glitches, slight tweaks needed, or addon passes being required, and anyone disparaging them would know if they just played them enough. None of them are actually bad, none of them are Skull Merchant tier. You're probably just playing to win too hard and boosting your MMR so high, they have no hope of being effective enough, OP.
And nah, most Survivors are pretty average to dogwater in my experience, because so many of them would rather give up on hook for no reason instead of halfway TRY.0
