Freddy is not going to have a rework, they will be moderate changes, do not expect them to change his power

If it wasnt a rework itd be called a tweak like they did with myers recently.

it says rework. it is overhaul so something major changing. i am not sure what but we will find out soon enough. my hope is that fun factor is most prioritized.

so they're just reverting freddy snare placing speed from 4.0 m/s to 4.6 m/s and swinging chain & jump rope now grant -3% repair and healing speed per survivor in the dream world alongside jump rope granting a 9% healing speed and repair when you are in dream world?
a revert after 3 years. very good tweaks.

what. the best changes if they're not reworking him is simply revert nerfs. old freddy was only good because -action speed add-on's. the snares did play a part in making his 1vs1 better. there is no other changes he could ever receive in his current form better than that.
i thought they were reworking. i did not read find print. update is probably not that significant changes.

Does it matter if its a rework or a tweak or an update?
Long as its fun, I don't really care, and until the changes are announced, we're kinda arguing about nothing.
All I know is, Myers gameplay changed quite significantly, and that was just a tweak... so seems like potential is there.

Not a rework...fine? BHVR may as well scrap the license cause ain't nobody going to play Freddy unless something substantial is done. Considering they pushed back Cenobite & Artist changes for time on Freddy it shoukd be decent.
Nobody likes Freddy's current powers, players and BHVR are not oblivious to this fact.

The only killer that ever got officially changed so much that they officially used the term "rework" was Freddy.
And the only killer in line for that treatment's skull merchant, an update has a lot of potential

Yeah probably not a power redo. Still an update to his addons, snare speed placement, teleport to complete gens and basekit pallets would be better than nothing. Billy got overdrive in his update and clown got the yellow bottles. So maybe Freddy will get a new thing he doesn’t have at all like brining people manually into the dreamworld. Like the old days
