Can we add a concede option for Killers that isn't DCing?
I'm having such miserable matches as Killer right now that I'd like a way to make them go faster without getting a DC penalty. You know, have a way to demonstrate that I know that the Survivors would have beat me if the match had fully played out but I'm saving us all the time. Survivors get to kill themselves on hook and go next with whatever BP they've earned. Can there be an option for the Killer to open the Gates at any point, or just a menu button to end the match early?

How about no?

Just don't play any Killer then if you're having miserable matches.

Theres going to be a lot of killers conceding if they don't get a hook within the first minute...
While giving up as a survivor is very bad, the game technically goes on and can either come back or minimal get a rift done or some more points. Trial would immediately end should the killer quit and goals (good or bad) get chucked out the window for all players.
Need a different way to concede if you really want one.
Edit: hit send on accident

I could say the same thing to survivors who "go next"

They launched the game up to then queue onto a game to just kill themselves, they need to ask themselves what's the point of launching the game in the first place…

Literally. The match is over when a survivor just goes next. There is no coming back from that at 4 or 5 gens.

Both sides should have a concede option (with voting for survivors) that enables after the first five minutes or so (so it can’t be abused to immediately concede if someone just doesn’t like the map/killer/etc).

you can say the same about survivors who go next on hook and be correct. BUT, why is giving up on hook considered completely okay, while for killer it is "DC or have your time wasted"? None should be allowed, but such a loud part of community is literally defending giving up on hook while acting that killer players having hard time should just...cope with it

I'm not a big fan of either side just being able to give up just because things aren't going their way. They need to address giving up on hook. Not sure how.
I understand there are times when you just want it over. Had a game last night where no matter where I picked up the survivors got in a flashlight save. I did get very frustrated and I did want the match to end but I still don't think that option should be there.

Thats the point, yeah. Neither side should have the option, but the presence of one necessitates the other. Most people who want the option are coming from a place of parity. The status quo on the scenario has a double standard, much like many in the game do on either side.
