SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The game starts but I can't get to the menu

PLATFORM: PC

I've tried resintalling the game, restarting the pc, deleting easyanticheat folder, doing a sfc /scannow on command prompt and reverify the integrity of the files. nothing seems to work. i played the game in the afternoon and it was fine. just started to doing this at night.
